Exit Note Manual
With the introduction of the Asycuda World customs automated system, the entire process of customs clearance, declaration, payment and removal of goods has gradually been automated.
The Exit Note has been in use since 2019 for the removal and release or storage in warehouses or for the export and transit of goods. Although the Exit Note has been in operation for almost a year, it was tolerated that the person concerned with the removal of goods submitted the “wegvoering document”, although this happens very occasionally.
The Exit Note will come officially into force on Wednesday 5 February 2020. The “wegvoering document” will no longer be permitted for the removal, release, storage, removal, export or transit of goods.
